To make “scuba, scuba” your Start Page in MICROSOFT EXPLORER 4.0, log onto (ie.type into Address window then press [Enter]) or Cut & Paste: http://www.scubasuperpower.com/ , then click the mouse through these steps -

  • View ... (off the top menu bar)
  • Internet Options (Options in MSIE 3.0)
  • General (Navigation (Start/Search Pages) MSIE 3.0)
  • Make sure "Start Page" appears in box
  • Click "Use Current" button
  • Click "Apply"

  • To make “scuba, scuba” your Start Page in NETSCAPE NAVIGATOR 4.0, click the mouse through these steps -

  • Edit ... (top menu bar) (Options in Nav 3.0)
  • Preferences (General Preferences in Nav 3.0)
  • Highlight Navigator Option (category) (Click Appearance in Nav 3.0)
  • Navigator Starts With (Startup in Nav 3.0)
  • click button "Home Page"
  • then type in (or Cut & Paste): http://www.scubasuperpower.com/
  • Click OK.
  • In NAVIGATOR 3.0, while in Preferences, click on Fonts and choose Proportional Font. You can choose your own font style and the font size for your general scheme. Times New Roman in size 12 gives me an easy-to-read screen, but change it to suit yourself. Another way to give yourself more screen to look at is to click Pictures for the toolbar in Appearance, and under Options click off the Show Directory buttons, then Save Options

  • To make “scuba, scuba” your Start Page in AOL-WEB BROWSER.

  • AOL 3.0
  • Press the "Prefs" button on the AOL WWW browser/viewer
  • select the NAVIGATION tab
  • In Customize, pull down the PAGE option to read START PAGE
  • In the ADDRESS field, type in (or Cut & Paste): http://www.scubasuperpower.com/
  • AOL 4.0
  • Go to 'My AOL'
  • Select the PREFERENCE tab in the window that comes up.
  • Press the "WWW" button
  • select the GENERAL tab.
  • In Home Page, press the "USE CURRENT" button or type in (or Cut & Paste): http://www.scubasuperpower.com/
  • AOL compresses graphics, making each webpage look distorted. The default in Internet Explorer for Web Graphics is "Compressed". That can be changed by going in "My AOL" and then Preferences. Go to WWW, which will bring up the Internet Explorer preferences. Click on the tab for "Web Graphics" and then click to remove the Check Mark on "Use Compressed Graphics"
